we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every single leather item we produce. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to assist you.
Returns

Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date you received your leather goods to request a return. After these 30 days have passed, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Condition: To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and returned in its original packaging.

Procedure: To initiate a return, please send us an email at support@johnsonleatherco.com with your order number and a brief explanation of why you wish to return the item. We will then provide you with instructions on how and where to send your return.

Refunds

Review: Once your return has been received and reviewed, you will receive an email notifying you that your item has been received. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Processing: If your refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Delayed or missing refunds
If you have not yet received your refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Then contact your bank, as it often takes some time for a refund to be posted. If you have completed all these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@johnsonleatherco.com.
Exchanges
Damaged or defective items: we only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange an item for the same item, please email us at support@johnsonleatherco.com and we will assist you with the exchange.
